These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Qol Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to our Remittance Platform, Crypto Exchange, Streaming Service, Crowdfunding Platform, Freelancing Platform, Layer-1 Blockchain, Airdrop and Launchpad Platform, Games, Artificial Intelligence (AI) services, and other related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", or "customer") and Qol Labs. Additional terms may apply to specific Services (e.g., Crypto Exchange Terms, Crowdfunding Agreement). In case of conflict, service-specific terms prevail over these general Terms.
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws or sanctions (e.g., OFAC, EU sanctions lists).
Comply with KYC/AML requirements, where applicable.
Account Creation: You must create an account to access most Services. Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal compliance issues.
Remittance Platform: Facilitates cross-border money transfers using fiat and cryptocurrencies.
Crypto Exchange: Enables trading, buying, selling, and storing of cryptocurrencies.
Streaming Service: Provides access to video, audio, or other digital content.
Crowdfunding Platform: Allows users to create, fund, or invest in projects.
Freelancing Platform: Connects freelancers with clients for services.
Layer-1 Blockchain: A decentralized network for transactions, smart contracts, and token creation.
Airdrop and Launchpad Platform: Distributes tokens and supports new project launches.
Games: Offers interactive gaming experiences, potentially integrating blockchain or AI.
AI Services: Provides AI-driven tools, analytics, or personalized recommendations.
You agree to:
Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including tax, securities, and anti-money laundering regulations
Provide accurate information for KYC/AML verification and update it as needed.
Not engage in prohibited activities, such as fraud, hacking, or distributing malicious content.
Pay all applicable fees, taxes, or charges associated with your use of the Services.
Respect intellectual property rights of Qol Labs and third parties.
You mat not:
Use the Services for illegal purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.
Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) without permission.
Violate intellectual property rights or post harmful content.
Impersonate others or create accounts with false information.
Service Fees: Fees for specific Services (e.g., transaction fees, subscription fees) are disclosed at the point of use.
Cryptocurrency Risks: Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to market volatility, and you bear all risks of loss.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy or applicable service-specific terms.
Taxes: You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on transactions or income generated through our Services.
Ownership: Qol Labs owns all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content).
User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it to provide the Services.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Services without permission.
Decentralized Nature: Transactions on our Layer-1 Blockchain are immutable and public. We are not responsible for errors in wallet addresses or smart contract interactions.
Airdrops and Tokens: Participation in airdrops or token launches is subject to eligibility criteria and compliance with securities laws.
Risks: Blockchain services carry risks, including loss of funds, regulatory changes, or network failures. You use these services at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Qol Labs, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or at our discretion.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but certain obligations (e.g., payment, indemnification) survive.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Delaware, USA], excluding conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qol Labs.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to affiliates or successors.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
